    Meet Colton

    Colton Bailey is a student leader and community organizer from Mercer County, West Virginia, dedicated to strengthening communities through kindness, civic engagement, and youth leadership. Through initiatives focused on mental health, service, and local involvement, Colton works to empower young people to make meaningful change where they live. His work brings together students, community leaders, and organizations to build connection, encourage service, and create positive impact across the region.

    Colton is a 15-year-old dedicated to volunteering with a variety of organizations, working to build a better, more inclusive Mercer County for everyone.

    Why l Do This

    I believe young people can make a real difference in their communities. Through youth leadership, kindness initiatives, and mental health awareness, my goal is to help create stronger and more connected communities across Mercer County.
